The activity ran from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM and was held as part of the company’s commitment to employee well-being and compliance with occupational health standards. The program aimed to ensure that employees remain in good health, are fit to perform their respective job functions, and to identify any potential health concerns at an early stage. With over 94% of the workforce completing the required procedures, the turnout reflected both strong employee engagement and the importance GEOS SL OPC places on health initiatives..
The examination covered all regular employees of GEOS SL OPC who had completed their six-month probationary period and were holders of company-sponsored Maxicare health cards. Employees aged 34 and below underwent physical examination, urinalysis, fecalysis, complete blood count, chest X-ray, and visual acuity tests. Meanwhile, those aged 35 and above were provided with a more extensive package that included the same procedures along with electrocardiograms (ECG) and pap smears for female employees..

It not only strengthened GEOS SL OPC’s compliance with occupational health standards but also reinforced its dedication to employee welfare. The strong turnout, efficient execution, and comprehensive medical coverage demonstrated that the company remains steadfast in prioritizing the health and well-being of its workforce, laying a stronger foundation for productivity and overall organizational success.
